Cancellation & Refund Policy
At Devix, operated by Dee Urbania Company, we strive to ensure your experience is smooth, transparent, and satisfactory. We understand that plans may change, and this policy outlines the rules for cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds for services booked through our platform.
1. Booking Cancellations by Users
a. Before Service Provider is Assigned:
- You can cancel your booking at any time before a service professional is assigned.
- No cancellation charges will apply.
- Full refund (if paid in advance) will be initiated to the original payment method.
b. After Service Provider is Assigned:
- Cancellations made after assignment may attract a cancellation fee, depending on the type of service and timing.
- The fee will be displayed during the cancellation process (if applicable).
c. On-Doorstep or Last-Minute Cancellations:
- If you cancel when the professional has already arrived or is en route, a 100% service charge may apply.
- In cases of repeated last-minute cancellations, Devix reserves the right to suspend your account temporarily.
2. Rescheduling
- You may reschedule your service up to 2 hours before the scheduled time without any charges.
- Rescheduling within 2 hours of the service time may result in a nominal fee or denial based on availability.
3. Cancellation by Service Provider
- If a service provider cancels due to unforeseen reasons, we will try to assign a new professional as soon as possible.
- If we cannot reschedule, a full refund will be issued.
4. No Show / Missed Appointment
If the user is unavailable at the location during the service time:
- The professional will wait for up to 15 minutes.
- If unreachable or absent, the service will be marked as a No Show, and no refund will be issued.
5. Refund Eligibility
A refund may be applicable in the following cases:
- Service was canceled before professional assignment.
- Service was not delivered due to provider unavailability.
- Dissatisfaction due to poor service quality (subject to investigation).
- Double payment or technical payment error.
6. Refund Process
- Refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment (UPI, credit/debit card, wallet, etc.).
- It may take 5–10 business days for the amount to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider.
- In certain cases, you may opt for Devix Credits, which can be used for future bookings.

8. Important Notes
- Devix reserves the right to deny a refund if we believe a user is abusing our policies.
