Welcome to Devix, operated by Dee Urbania Company. These Terms and Conditions (Terms govern your access to and use of our website www.devix.in and our mobile applications (collectively, the platform).
By accessing or using Devix, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not access or use our Platform.
1. About Devix
Devix is an on-demand service platform that connects users with verified service professionals for various at-home and on-site services such as beauty, cleaning, appliance repair, and more.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into legally binding contracts to use the Platform. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
3. Account Registration
To access certain features of Devix, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activities under your account.
4. User Responsibilities
- You agree to use Devix only for lawful purposes.
- You will not misuse the Platform to harm, harass, or defraud others.
- You must not post or transmit any content that is offensive, inappropriate, or illegal.
5. Services and Booking
Devix connects users with third-party service providers (“Professionals”). All bookings are subject to availability. While we verify Professionals, we are not directly responsible for their services.
6. Payments
All payments must be made through the payment gateway integrated on our Platform. Devix uses secure third-party payment providers. You agree to provide accurate payment details and authorize us to charge your selected payment method for services availed.
7. Cancellations and Refunds
- Users may cancel bookings under the terms outlined in our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
8. Service Providers
- Professionals are independent contractors, not employees of Devix.
- Devix is not liable for any acts, errors, omissions, representations, or negligence of any Professional.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on Devix (logos, trademarks, designs, text, etc.) is the property of Dee Urbania Company or its licensors. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Devix shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, or data.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dee Urbania Company, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising from your use of the Platform or breach of these Terms.
12. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at our discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful.
13. Modifications
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Devix after changes means you accept the new Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
14. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jodhpur, Rajasthan.
15. T&C For Customer
1. We provide only Service. If Your Electronic Item Needs Any Kind Of Parts Than The Responsibility Is To Customer.
2.No Need To Give any Kind Of Extra Money Staffs
3. Please Do Arrange Ladder For Our Employee If Needed.
4. We Will Reach at Your Service Request As soon as Possible, But Our Maximum Time Is 3 Working Days.
5. If Any Parts Are Damage During Service, this Responsibility On Customer.
6. If Any Of service Man Doing Any Kind Of Harmful Act at Your Palace, than Serviceman Is Responsible For The activity And Company Not responsible, but Company Should Take Strict Action Against The Service Man.
16. T&C For Staff -
- If service man Rating Is Down to 4 Star Than Service Mam Is Responsible For Him/Her Job.
- If Any Employee Not Accept Service Request More Than 4 Times In a Month, than he Is Responsible For His Job.
- If Any Staff doing Any Kind Of Harmful Act On customer Or Company Place Than He Is Responsible For His Job, Company Terminate Of Staff, and Do legal Action Against Staff.
- If any Staff leave The Organisation Than He Will Not Join Again In Future.
- Staff Needs To Buy Service Kit At His Own, Company Not Responsible For Buying Any kind Of Service Kit. You Need To buy Of Yourself.
